The National Fire Authority is investigating the cause of an early morning structural fire that extensively damaged a vacant residential property at Lovu Seaside, Navoka Settlement in Lautoka today.The Lautoka Fire Station received the emergency call at 2:11am through the station landline from the Lautoka Police Station. Fiji and China are exploring stronger cooperation on waste management and environmental protection as Fiji works to address growing rubbish and disposal challenges across communities. The Fiji Roads Authority has advised motorists that asphalting works will take place today along sections of Princes Road between Khalsa Road and Colo-i-Suva Road as part of ongoing road upgrade works.
