Former Deputy Prime Minister Manoa Kamikamica has been scheduled to stand trial later this month after appearing in the Suva Magistrates Court today for a pre-trial conference. Residents and businesses in Levuka are expected to benefit from a more reliable water supply following the completion of the new Totogo Reservoir, a major infrastructure upgrade designed to strengthen the town’s long-term water security. The $2.39 million project, funded by the Government and delivered by the Water Authority of Fiji, will provide improved water services to around 2,800 residents, businesses, government offices and other essential services.
