Charles Laxton Sundar, who is charged with the alleged murder of his grandfather, is challenging the evidence against him through vordire proceedings in the High Court in Suva. Sundar appeared before Justice Usaia Ratuvili this morning, where the matter was called for an update on disclosures. The State requested an additional seven days to serve further disclosures on the defence.
