A 40-year-old man has been charged for sexually assaulting his 14-year-old daughter. The matter was reported at the Valelevu Police Station by the victim. The accused is alleged to have sexually assaulted the victim in their home, when other family members were away in Lautoka, in October last year. Following the incident, she was allegedly threatened not to tell anyone. The accused has been charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of criminal intimidation.
