After delivering the much-loved Sachin: A Billion Dreams, Ravi Bhagchandka’s next film as one of the Producers is ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ which is a heartwarming Film by Aamir Khan Productions starring Aamir Khan himself. This Film is all set to release on June 20, and is already creating buzz with its emotional depth and feel-good energy. Ravi’s journey with the film began back in 2018 at the Berlin Film Festival where he secured the rights to the Spanish original Champion. Later, during the pandemic, Aamir Khan saw the film and came on board.

“It was the biggest dream of my life capturing the journey of Sachin Sir. After that, I wanted to back something that genuinely moved me and this story did just that. It’s a beautiful take on empathy, inclusion and self-worth,” Ravi shares.

The trailer has received an overwhelming response, with audiences eager to see this heartfelt story unfold. “I truly hope it connects with people,” says Ravi.

As Sachin completes 8 years this month, to those who remember it was a cinematic tribute that gave fans goosebumps and went on to become the highest-grossing sports docu-drama worldwide.

Ravi reflects on the journey so far. “ Sachin was special and opened up so much for me as a producer. Now with Sitaare Zameen Par, I feel that same kind of spark.”

Under his banner 200NOTOUT CINEMA, Ravi is developing a range of new projects across genres. His next is the biopic of Yuvraj Singh which is on track. “We’re working on stories that entertain, inspire and stay with you. That’s the kind of cinema I believe in.”
