TNG Holdings Pte Limited has appealed the Department of Environment’s decision to reject its proposed waste management project at Vuda. The matter was called before the Environment Tribunal this morning, presided over by Magistrate Charles Ratakele. Counsel for the Department of Environment Pete Bauleka informed the tribunal that a response to the appeal had not yet been filed and sought time to submit the relevant documents.
