The Fiji Meteorological Service says the main cloud systems responsible for recent rainfall across the country are gradually moving away from Fiji, bringing an improvement in weather conditions for most areas. According to the latest satellite imagery, the cloud band that produced overnight rainfall has now shifted over the Lau Group and is continuing eastward towards Tonga. Two young men are expected to appear in the Suva Magistrates Court today after being charged in connection with an alleged aggravated robbery in Nabua.
