All the contestants of the show performed on the ‘Evergreen Special’ songs which featured the veteran actresses of 80s. The modern interpretations of the old songs made the elegant ladies walk down memory where they were seen sharing some interesting facts from their time of shooting.

During the show, Zeenat shared the story on how she bagged the opportunity to play her part in acclaimed filmmaker Naasir Hussain’s movie. She said, “It’s true that Naasir ji saw me drinking coconut water at a hotel and approached me to play a role in, ‘Yaadon Ki Baarat.’ He found my personality to be young and fresh! He was also impressed by the way I carried myself. He was at the hotel to look out for prospect castings for his film and that’s how he approached me and asked me to be a part of, ‘Yaadon Ki Baarat.’ I instantly accepted his offer and later when he came to know that I was already a part of hit movies like, ‘Hare ram hare Krishna’, ‘Ishq-Ishq’ and many more he was even more confident about me.”

Later in the show, after the solo performance of 12 year old contestant Akshit Bhandari from Dehradun on the song ‘Phulo ka taron ka,’ Zeenat remembered late actor Devanand. She mentioned that even Devanand casted her for ‘Hare ram hare Krishna’ after he saw Zeenat sipping water from a straw. She further revealed that Devanand offered the role to many leading actresses including Kajol’s mother Tanuja but no one was ready to play the role of a sister in the movie. The actress confirmed, “When he once saw me sipping water from a straw, he instantly asked me to give a screen test. Late after 10 days, I got a call from the casting team that I have been shortlisted and they loved my eyes and my smile..” The film achieved such massive success that it ignited Zeenat’s career.

Moreover, During 6 year old Rupsa’s performance on the song ‘Bhor bhaye panghat pe’ Zeenat shared some lesser known facts from her movie ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’.
