Master Chef Vikas Khanna’s directorial debut film ‘The Last Color’ is set for Australian Premiere at IFFM 2019

The veteran actress and FTII graduate Neena Gupta who took the country by storm with her impeccable performances in the recently released film Badhai Ho is all geared up to spread colour in Melbourne, Australia. American-Indian master chef Vikas Gupta is all set to showcase his first directorial film The Last Color having versatile actress Neena Gupta in the main lead at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne this year. The film already received rave reviews for its content and performances in various international film festivals this year. Now the film is geared up for its first screening at the Victorian city Melbourne, Australia.

As we all know the international master chef is known for inventing new and delicious recipes his first directorial venture The Last Color offers the same dish to his audiences a film with high content and performances. The film talks about a widow played by Neena who is caught up with age-old traditions set for widows in Vrindavan, Varanasi. A 9-year-old tightrope girl portrayed by child Aqsa Siddiqui befriends with Neena pledges to add colour to her life. The film is an adaptation of Vikas Khanna’s own book The Last Color making him an ideal choice to direct the project.

Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2019 will commence from 8th August till 17th August with loads of surprises to offer this year.
