All I knew was that I have to take Indian cuisine to the top spot on the world culinary map, pretty much my dream! I am humbled and feel great about the fact that I could do this for my fraternity. The doors are now open for others to shine and reach other pinnacles like Padma Bhushan and PadmaVibhushan! And as for me, I’ll continue working on my dream. I’m not resting until I achieve it!’
