Workplace Giving Excellence Awards to be bestowed on November 16
The 2016 Workplace Giving Excellence Awards will be held tomorrow, the 16th of November, recognising the most outstanding Workplace Giving programs in Australia.
The awards are part of the One Million Donors Campaign, spearheaded by The Australian Charities Fund, which aims to see one million Australians donating to charity direct from their pay by 2020.
The Hon. Kelly O’Dwyer MP, Minister for Revenue and Financial Services, who launched the One Million Donors Campaign in 2014 with Prime Minister Turnbull, will speak at the awards, alongside Jenny Geddes, CEO of the Australian Charities Fund.
The ceremony will take place at 2.00pm at the Australia Post Offices, 111 Bourke Street, Melbourne, highlighting corporate Australia’s tremendous shift towards workplace giving.

The Workplace Giving Awards were evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges with considerable experience across corporate, philanthropic, government, community and academic sectors.
