How to make your quarantine productive

Seerat Kapoor is known to never shy away from expressing her perspective. Following her recent social media posts, Seerat adds to the list of celebrities who has taken to share with her fans; the awareness regarding Coronavirus.

To add further, her vibrant Instagram account never fails to seize our attention with engrossing and fruitful ways to deal with the lock down period at home. Right from her birthday celebrations, baking cakes and desserts to binge watching some of her most memorable films via telly-screenings, the ever so gracious Seerat keeps her fans forever beaming and optimistic! The actress is currently quarantined with her family in Mumbai because of the nation-wide curfew amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Ms Kapoor is using her time to absorb knowledge through not one but multiple practises at home, during quarantine. She shares ”Home is where one experiences ultimate liberation while also inspiring internal growth for our well being. I look at this time as an opportunity in disguise, to learn and discover myself in ways, I haven’t explored before.”

For instance the gorgeous adds ”As part of my daily routine, I have developed a fondness towards cooking for my family and loved ones. While cleaning has always felt therapeutic to me, watering the plants at home and observing some of them flower recently, was an experience so rich that I cannot sum up in words!”

Now while we all are well informed of how disciplined and particular our leading lady has always been with her healthy lifestyle and workout regimes; Seerat shares; “To be able to cherish ‘me time’ without the presence of a trainer, has lead me to understand the art of maximising self engagement. This in intern has helped me uncover the highest potential of my body,”

The actress also spends most of her quality time reading content in a variety of genres. “Be it picking up a book, looking up articles, listening to interviews, keeping up with the news or watching cinema on OTT plate-forms, there’s always a take away in each of these!” Says Seerat over her jaw dropping smile. As people are contemplating upon several ways to spend their time during this lockdown, Seerat has made it easier by recommending the crime thriller Money Hiest, on Netflix.

Talking about the books she further adds; “I let my mood decide the guide. At times, it’s an Interior design book of art and science or sometimes psychology. I also often find myself leaning towards spiritual reads.”
