Graduate Women today launched Fiji’s first STEM camp for girls in partnership with the Fijian Government.

The event saw both the Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation Hon. Mereseini Vuniwaqa and Minister for Education, Heritage and Arts Hon. The Ministers also reiterated the Fijian Government’s commitment towards education in the country and have welcomed collaborative efforts by non-government organisations to improve the status of women in our country.

The STEM camp is a four-day camp that will take place from April 29 to May 2 and will see 30 girls coming together to do fun experiments, have hands-on learning experiences and develop interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
