The Fiji Navy’s capability to ensure safety at sea has received a boost after the handing-over of a new Hydrographic Vessel ‘RFNS Volasiga’ from the Government of the Republic of Korea.

“This will further boost the Fiji Navy’s capability in producing updated data for nautical charts, for the safety of all mariners traversing our waters and in supporting Fiji’s Blue Economy,” Acting Minister for Defence and National Security, Hon.
